International Shipping

• Flat rate shipping based on weight (1-4 weeks).

• Please be aware of your responsibility fir any customs fees/duties imposed by your country for imports.

Return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return items must be in their original condition, undamaged and unworn, with the original tag and packaging.  Customer covers return shipping.

Refund

For full-priced items using single-payment credit cards, refunds will be processed 48 hours after receiving the items and will show up in your bank account within 5-7 business days depending on the bank processing time.

Exchange

We unfortunately currently do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your products and make a new order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at  if the item is defective, damaged, etc., so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or giveaway items.
